Our Program
We close gaps in services and resources that often lead to unmet needs and isolated suffering among persons in crisis. We do this by working directly with community organizations to ensure they receive what they need in order to continue to help the people who rely on them for help. We provide them with critical resources and opportunities to connect with other providers to ensure both they and their clients get the help they need instead of falling between the cracks.

C.A.P.
Join one of our C.A.P. meetings and connect with a diverse combination of community focused organizations, develop new collaborations with other organizations, find assistance for your organization and constituents, establish direct referral streams to prevent those in need from falling into the cracks of social systems.
