 We work to stop gaps in services so families and individuals in need don't fall betwween the cracks. Working in social services, we've witnessed the frustrtion of familes in need when giveen a list of resource providers and told to search and onnect with the on their on. often families would give up and suffer faps in service. Connecting community providers across sectors geographically and industrially would create a safety net of protection (stop gap in services) from occuring.
